Manchester Trials

Saturday August 6th

11:oo am Start Time.  Pits located at 401 West Main Street.  $25 entry fee.  No charge for spectators.  The sections are laid out on the City’s Whitewater Park which offers excellent spectating  and plenty of room for distancing.  $300 purse for the Champ class.  $50 extra will be added to the purse for every Champ class entry over 5.  All other classes top finishers will receive award plates and the first place rider will also get a CMJ Raceway T-Shirt.  Riders meeting in the Pits at 10:30.  Pits are located next to Bushel and A Peck which will offer breakfast and lunch this year, so leave you coolers at home and support them!  Food available to riders and spectators.   Breakfast is Biscuits and Gravy and lunch is pulled pork sandwiches and sides.  They will also have brats available during the Friday evening event.   Event T-Shirts will be for sale for only $10.  For an extra $5, you can get an event shirt and a ’21 CMJ shirt!

The Bacon N Hops Festival.  Trials riders will again get a $5 discount when buying tickets ahead of time.  Go onto the Manchester Chamber of Commerce website, click on the ticket link and enter “Trials22” in the code box.  The festival will be held at the Fairgrounds this year which is about a dozen blocks from the Trials course.  The event has craft beer tasting as well as wine, a full bacon meal, and live music.  The committee has assured us there will be plenty of Bacon this year and CMJ is doing their part to ensure this!  Camping is available right at the Fairgrounds for only $16.

The Classic Car Cruise is also returning this year and will have over 100 cars participating.  The route goes right by the Trials Course and the Fairgrounds.

Friday August 5th

6:00 pm.  Bicycle Trails Competition.  NO entry fee!  Includes a CMJ Raceway T-shirt. Trials bicycle and mountain bike classes.  Prizes for top finishers.  This is a free and fun event that all bicyclist would have fun doing.

7:00 pm.  Inner Tube race down the Whitewater Park Rapids.  Free to enter.  Prizes for the top finishers.  Classes for Trials riders and general public.  Bring your own tube.

8:00 pm.  Trials Show performed by Will Check at Riverbend Pub N Grill located next to the Trials course. He will be performing IN the bar again this year!

Sunday August 7th

New for this year!!! 2 day event!  Second day is located at Schram park in Manchester.  Details and times are the same for Saturday as for Sunday.  Free camping will be available Friday and Saturday night to Trials competitors and their families at this location which is just blocks away from Saturdays course.  Camp fires will not be allowed.  A bike shuttle will be provided if you want to camp and then get your bike and tools to the Saturday location pits
